Kasumi Kominami (小美浪 かすみ, Kominami Kasumi^?) is the wife of Soujiro Kominami and the mother of Asumi Kominami who works overseas as a surgeon.

Etymology

• The name Kasumi is written in hiragana (かすみ), which has no special meaning. However, when written in kanji (霞 or 花澄), it could possibly mean:
  • 霞 - "fog, mist, haze".
